Terms & Conditions: Lie-Flat Points Flight Plan Gift Voucher (Black Friday Offer)
(Binding Agreement for Buyer & Recipient)
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to both the Buyer/Purchaser (“Buyer”) and the Recipient activating or redeeming the gift (“Recipient”). By purchasing, activating, or redeeming this gift, both Buyer and Recipient agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Purpose of This Gift
The Gift Voucher provides:
A customized award flight plan for a one-way or roundtrip flight (depending on purchase)
A search for lie-flat business class seats using U.S.-based credit card points/miles or American Airlines AAdvantage miles
Research into airline partners, routes, pricing, taxes/fees
Step-by-step booking instructions for the Recipient to book using their own accounts
This service does not include flight booking on behalf of the Recipient.
2. Who This Gift Is For
This Gift Voucher is intended for Recipients with U.S.-based points/miles from: American Express, Chase, Capital One, Citibank, or American Airlines AAdvantage.
If the Recipient does not have qualifying accounts, the gift converts to a 45-minute Personalized Points Booking Coaching Session (value $300).
3. What Is Included
After activation and once all required information is received:
One customized Flight Plan (one-way or roundtrip based on purchase)
Search of up to 3 destinations within a 6-month date range
Monitoring/searching for up to 2 weeks
Step-by-step booking instructions
A Backup Plan (premium economy/economy/mixed cabin) if insufficient points
If no flights are realistically bookable with the Recipient’s points and flexibility, the Voucher converts to a 45-minute Personalized Points Booking Coaching Session.
4. What Is Not Included
I do not book flights
I do not access any credit card or loyalty accounts
I do not pay taxes/fees
I do not guarantee lie-flat availability
Hotels or general trip planning are not included unless purchased separately
5. Activation Requirements
To redeem, the Recipient must activate the gift on or before March 31, 2026 by:
A) Emailing the voucher to cass@offpathonpurpose.com, AND
B) Providing all required information within 30 days of my request:
Points balances
Desired destinations (up to 3)
Travel month(s) or estimated range of travelers
Home airport(s) and nearby airport options
Providing multiple destinations/months significantly increases the likelihood of securing lie-flat availability.
Messages such as “I want to activate” without required information do not count as activation.
If the Recipient becomes unresponsive for 30 days at any point after activation, the Voucher is considered fulfilled.
Vouchers not activated by March 31, 2026 expire and are non-refundable.
6. Recipient Responsibilities
The Recipient is responsible for:
Maintaining accessible points accounts
Booking promptly after receiving the Flight Plan
Paying taxes/fees
Attempting to place an airline hold before transferring points (when available)
Being flexible with dates/destinations/airports
Flexibility directly impacts the feasibility of premium cabin award space.
If the Recipient fails to respond to requested information within 30 days, the Voucher is fulfilled and my responsibilities end.
7. No Guarantees & Important Limitations
Primary Goal: Lie-Flat First
My primary goal is always to find a lie-flat business class award flight within the Recipient’s points, date range, and flexibility. I will search for up to 2 weeks after receiving required information.
Recipient flexibility (multiple destinations, months, airports) greatly increases the chances of securing lie-flat availability.
If lie-flat options are found, I deliver them promptly.
If none are feasible after 2 weeks, I provide the best available alternative (premium economy, economy, or mixed cabin).
Award Availability Not Guaranteed
Award availability can appear/disappear instantly. I cannot guarantee:
Lie-flat seats
Specific dates/routes/airports
Point pricing
That availability remains after the Flight Plan is delivered
Availability is controlled entirely by airlines and loyalty programs.
No Guarantee of Finding All Flights or the Absolute Lowest Points Price
I apply a diligent, good-faith search using my experience and tools, but do not guarantee that I will:
Find every possible routing
Identify every partner option
Secure the lowest theoretical points cost
I alert the Recipient once I find an option I reasonably believe is strong for their situation.
Not Responsible for Changes After Delivery
Once delivered, booking is solely the Recipient’s responsibility. I am not responsible for:
Flights becoming unavailable
Points price changes
Schedule changes
Missed opportunities
Transfer delays
Taxes/fees
Airline/loyalty program actions
Because transfers are irreversible, the Recipient should call the airline to request an award hold before transferring points whenever possible.
8. If the Recipient Does Not Have Enough Points
If activated by March 31, 2026, the gift always retains value. If the Recipient lacks sufficient points:
I provide the best alternative (premium economy/economy/mixed cabin)
For roundtrips: lie-flat if possible for one direction + best alternative for the other
If nothing is realistically bookable, the gift converts to a 45-minute Personalized Points Booking Coaching Session
These fallback services are available until June 30, 2026. After June 30, 2026, the Voucher is fulfilled if unused.
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds for:
Insufficient points
Lack of flexibility
Award availability limitations
Changes in availability before booking
Recipient unresponsiveness
Expired vouchers
Changes in travel plans or loyalty program rules
10. Multiple Gifts
Each gift must be purchased separately and corresponds to a separate Recipient.
11. Payment, Currency & Fees
All prices are in USD. Buyers paying in another currency are responsible for conversion fees from their bank/card issuer.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:
I am not liable for losses, changes, disruptions, or missed opportunities related to award booking
I am not liable for airline/loyalty program actions, pricing, outages, or policies
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Gift Voucher
Recipient and Buyer agree to release and hold me harmless from claims related to award booking, transfers, or airline/travel issues.
No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Information shared is educational only. I am not a financial advisor, investment advisor, tax professional, legal professional, or credit counselor. Any decisions related to credit cards, financial products, or points transfers are solely the Recipient’s or Buyer’s responsibility.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the Buyer, Recipient, and Off Path On Purpose (Cassy Mendoza). It supersedes all prior statements, emails, FAQs, and conversations.
No modification is valid unless agreed to in writing by me.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
15. Acceptance & Binding Effect
Buyer: Legally bound at purchase.
Recipient: Legally bound upon activation by emailing me and providing required information.
By purchasing, activating, or redeeming this Gift Voucher, both parties agree to all terms in this Agreement.
